Hublot Big Bang Tourbillon Samuel Ross Titanium Blue Rubber Straps Limited Edition Watch The Swiss watchmaker partnered with British designer Samuel Ross to design a limited-edition sporty timepiece with an iconic hexagonal mesh.The multidisciplinary artist partnered with Swiss watch brand Hublot to launch the limited edition Big Bang Tourbillon, an artsy re imagination of Hublot’s original Big Bang wrist piece. It sports a 45 mm satin-polished case with a striking Red strap, tourbillon bridge and lateral bumpers. The piece, made from 282 components, contains Hublot’s HUB 6035 caliber movement. It also offers 72 hours of power reserve.Ross’s take on the Big Band is visually defined by a honeycomb pattern of perforations. Hublot says the pattern was inspired by the building blocks of nature (like the shape of a beehive), but the design could also be seen on an elaborately designed sneaker—which seems fitting, given Ross’s previous collaborations with footwear brands like Converse.
