Here are the details of the jacket: Wind & waterproof New Englander Polyurethane bonded to a woven backing to provide additional fabric strength. Lined with grey mesh for air-flow circulation and taffeta nylon in sleeves for easy on/off. Hood & open hem with shock cord drawstrings. Wind flap & heat-sealed seams throughout to seal wind & rain out. Front vented capes for breathability and easy decorating access. Reflective stripe accent on front & back. 2-way front zipper offers freedom of movement. Features covered zippered side pockets & adjustable cuffs with hook & loop closure and A-line styling. Here are the sizing comparisons and the specific measurements for each size: Chest Width measured 1″ below armhole and while laid flat; Sleeve is measured from center back. (As a general word of advice, these are cut true to size to be worn with a light sweater or other layers underneath, but if you are between sizes I would still order up for comfort.)
